Institutional Applications
APP UIS
The UIS application allows students to check their class schedule, current semester enrollment (with partial grades, final grades, grade simulator, and course cancellation option), completed courses and grades, outstanding balances with the University, electronic payments, and available credits to enroll in.
In addition, it facilitates the enrollment process during the enabled periods, allows access to thesis work procedures, and provides entry to campus spaces through a dynamic QR code.
Users can also find academic calendars, purchased certificates, and payment receipts.
MODULE PQRDSR
Within the same UIS app, you can access the PQRSDR module without needing a username or password. Within the system, you can perform the following functions:
- Regulations: Allows users to review the applicable regulations and the definition of terms used in the Petitions, Complaints, Claims, Suggestions, and Reports system.
- Submit Request: Allows users to register a request for any type of applicant, with the option to attach a supporting file. If your mobile device has messaging service, you will receive a text message and an email with the request details.
- Check Request: Allows users to track the status of a request and view the final evaluation of the process.
You can find access on the home screen of the application in the upper right corner.
