The University is committed to simplifying, standardizing, eliminating, optimizing, and automating procedures, other administrative processes (OAP), and inquiries to facilitate access for citizens and stakeholders. This is in line with the Policy on the Streamlining of Procedures established by the Administrative Department of Public Function (DAFP), in accordance with Dimension Three (3), “Management with Values for Results,” which is part of the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG).
Administrative procedures
A set of requirements, steps, or actions regulated by the State within a mission-driven administrative procedure that citizens must carry out before a public administration institution or a private entity performing administrative functions, in order to exercise a right or fulfill an obligation established or authorized by law, resulting in a product or service
Other administrative processes
A set of requirements, steps, or actions that contribute to the mission-driven activities of the University, determined by an entity or body within the public administration or a private entity performing administrative functions, to enable citizens, users, or stakeholders to access the benefits derived from programs or strategies whose creation, adoption, and implementation are at the discretion of the entity.ad.
Data queries
Information contained in databases or digital repositories related to procedures or other administrative processes of the authorities, which citizens can access digitally, immediately, and free of charge for the exercise of a right, activity, or obligation. This information may be accessed by the holder or a third party, with or without an authentication mechanism, depending on the type of information involved.

With the aim of providing up-to-date information related to costs, timelines, regulations, and required documents, the University has created an inventory of Procedures, Other Administrative Actions (OPAs), and Inquiries aimed at its stakeholders.

STRATEGY OF
Streamlining of Procedures
The Institution, committed to improving procedures and aligning with the guidelines of the Administrative Department of Public Service (DAFP), annually formulates a rationalization strategy for procedures, focused on administrative, regulatory, or technological improvements. This strategy is recorded in the Single Procedure Information System (SUIT).

Single Procedure Information System (SUIT)
It is a technological tool for managing information on procedures and services within the Colombian Public Administration, administered by the Administrative Department of Public Service. This tool aims to support the management of the Procedure Streamlining Policy.
The University registers its procedures, OPAs, and inquiries to provide information to the university community and the general public.
