The University’s planning framework is set out in the Institutional Project, approved through Superior Council Agreement 26 of 2018, and in the Institutional Development Plan 2019–2030, approved through Superior Council Agreement 047 of 2019.

To strengthen the system and comply with regulatory requirements, several analysis tools have been developed to identify the interrelationships among different factors, including the internal and external context, stakeholder groups, strategic planning, opportunities, roles and responsibilities, and institutional information exchange.
